CONSULTATIONS AND PRICING
How do I book a consultation?
Step one is to submit my inquiry form, once I have received it, we will start with a complimentary phone consult. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person consult with a $100 non-refundable retainer. It’s applied to your service if booked the same day; otherwise, an additional $100 is due at the end of the consult.
What happens during the consultation?
We’ll discuss your hair goals, assess your hair’s health, and choose the best extension texture for you. I’ll also walk you through maintenance and pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
How much do hair extensions cost?
Your investment is fully customized based on your starting point and desired look. Some transformations may take more than one session. I’ll outline your personalized plan and pricing during your consultation.
Do I need to bring anything to my consultation?
Just bring yourself and your vision. Photos of your dream hair are always welcome, but everything else will be provided.
Is the consultation fee applied to the total cost of my extensions?
Yes — if you book your extensions the same day, the $100 retainer is applied to your total. If not, the additional $100 is due at the end of the consult.
EXTENSIONS
What types of extensions do you offer?
I currently specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions® (IBE) — a method designed for comfort, seamless blending, and hair/scalp health. I’m also in the process of training in K-Tips, which I’ll be offering soon.
How long does the extension application process take?
Timing depends on your hair and the services needed to achieve your look. Extension appointments are a true beauty investment and can take several hours. I’ll provide your personalized timing during the consultation.
Will extensions damage my natural hair?
Not when they’re done correctly and cared for properly. I use methods designed to protect the health of your natural hair, and I’ll show you how to maintain them at home so your hair stays strong and healthy.
How long do hair extensions last?
The hair itself lasts on average 5–10 months, depending on how often you wash and heat style. Maintenance is typically needed every 6–8 weeks, which we’ll schedule based on your hair and lifestyle.
Can I color or style my extensions?
Yes — extensions can be styled like your natural hair. I custom color wefts to match your look, but I can’t guarantee results if they’re colored by another stylist. Heat styling is fine in moderation, and I’ll go over best practices with you at your first appointment if you’re new to extensions..
HAIRCARE AND MATENANCE
How should I care for my extensions?
Care starts with the right products — I’ll recommend what to use, which you can purchase directly from me. You’ll also receive a copy of my do’s and don’ts at your consultation so you know exactly how to protect your investment at home.
Can I use heat tools on my extensions?
Yes — you can curl, straighten, and style with heat, but moderation is key to keeping the hair healthy and lasting longer. I’ll walk you through safe heat practices.
How often do I need to come in for maintenance?
Most clients come in every 6–8 weeks for re-installs, depending on hair growth and lifestyle. I’ll recommend the perfect schedule for you during your consultation.
Can I swim or exercise with extensions?
Yes — you can swim and stay active, as long as you follow the proper care guidelines. I’ll walk you through protective styles, products, and after-care steps at your appointment so your extensions stay healthy and seamless.
Will my extensions be visible?
My goal is always an undetectable blend. The extensions are hidden within your natural hair so they look effortless and natural in every style.
